All renters must be 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. A pre-authorization for the damage deposit and a rental deposit of 10% will be required at the time of booking to secure the rental.

OER offers collision and comprehensive coverage at a cost of $49.95 per day. Due to the luxury nature of our vehicles virtually no secondary market insurance will provide coverage on a car rental. It will be the renters responsibility to check with the provider if coverage is available. IF YOU DON’T PURCHASE COVERAGE FROM US, YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
Often times it is not convenient to refuel the car before returning it. OER will refuel the vehicle for a $25 fee and the cost of the fuel. All of OER’s vehicles require 91 octane minimum.
Most locations in Kelowna such as at a hotel can be a meeting point with prior arrangements made. Please call or email to discuss specific locations.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the vehicles. Including vapes and cigars. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.
All of OER’s vehicles are not permitted to leave the province of BC.
OER is dedicated to providing a safe and pleasurable experience. For this reason all of our cars are equipped with a GPS tracking device that allows us to monitor any abuse of the car. Hard Acceleration, Hard Deceleration, Excessive speed, etc will result in a $1000 charge per incident.
